Biographical Details


Adriana Zaharijevic holds an Mphil in Political Science (Gender and Politics) from Faculty of Political Sciences, University of Belgrade; and BA in Philosophy from Faculty of Philosophy, University of Belgrade. She is a PhD candidate at the Faculty of Political Sciences in Belgrade, where she is completing her doctoral thesis on the processes of enfranchisment in 19th century UK, with special focus on gender and class. She is also Research Assistant at the Faculty of Political Sciences and official representative of Women’s Studies Center in Belgrade. Her academic interests lie in political philosophy, contemporary feminist theory and citizenship theories.
